Blue Earth County Board Summary
The Blue Earth County Board meeting was held Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Blue Earth County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Room, was attended by Commissioners Kip Bruender, Patty O’Connor, Kevin Paap, Mark Piepho and Vance Stuehrenberg. Also present were County Administrator Joshua W. Milow, County Attorney Division Chief Megan Gaudette Coryell, and Administrative Assistant Stephanie Jahnke.
Commissioners voted 5-0, unless otherwise noted:
• Approve the Findings and Order accepting the redetermined benefits for County Ditch 65 (Judson Township).
• Approve the Findings and Order for the repairs and reroute of County Ditch 65 Branch 1 (Judson Township).
• Approve the Findings and Order for partial abandonment for County Ditch 28 branch 9 (Lincoln Township).
• Table the County Ditch 94 appointment of an engineer and commission of the engineer’s report (LeRay Township)
• Approve a project sponsor agreement with the Snowbirds of Amboy. Commissioner Paap abstained.
• Approve a limited use permit with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for a snowmobile trail sponsor. Commissioner Paap abstained.
