NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Public Hearing and Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 beginning at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Lembke Building to accept comments and vote upon a Conditional Use Permit as requested by PB LLC.
PB LLC proposes to allow a tenant to conduct an Auto Recycling business at its property at 855 State Hwy 22. The City of Minnesota Lake Zoning Ordinance Sections 1007, subd. 4; 1015, subd. 4 that state such an automobile salvage business in the B-1 highway commercial district is not a permitted use. Additionally, Section 1015, subd. 5 of the City Code further requires certain fencing requirements and that storage of auto parts and/or vehicles to be salvaged on site must be within an enclosed building.
This notice is sent and published in accordance with the City Code of Ordinances to provide residents the opportunity to offer opinions regarding the proposed project, either written format or in person should they desire.

NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on June 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at Blue Earth County Justice Center, 401 Carver Road, Mankato, Minnesota via Zoom, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of Decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Ashley Ryan, whose address is 313 Inverness Drive, Mankato, MN 56001, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the Decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the Decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
