NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
Notice is hereby given that Mapleton Economic Development Authority will hold a 
public hearing to discuss the sale of the property at 203 1st Ave NE, Mapleton, MN 
56065. 
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the 
Mapleton Fire Station, 103 3rd Avenue NE, Mapleton, MN. 
This meeting is open to all interested citizens.
