City of Amboy - Public Hearing on Creation of Municipal Development

CITY OF AMBOY,  COUNTY OF BLUE EARTH, STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CREATION OF MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, A DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING THERETO, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-1 THEREIN AND THE ADOPTION OF A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Amboy, Blue Earth County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2025, at 7 p.m., at the Amboy City Hall in the City of
Amboy, Minnesota, relating to the (a) the proposed creation of Municipal Development District No. 1, (b), the proposed approval of the Development Program related thereto, (c) the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-1 therein, and (d) the proposed adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.1794, inclusive, as amended (the "Act"). Copies of the Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Administrator, City Clerk-Treasurer at City Hall.
The property included in Tax Increment Financing District No 1-1 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. A map of the proposed Tax Increment
Financing District is set forth below: 
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
